CHRISTMAS MASS TIMES: Ardfert: 8 pm – Children’s Christmas Eve Vigil Mass; 11 am – Christmas Day Mass; Kilmoyley: 9 pm – Christmas Eve Vigil Mass; 10 am – Children’s Christmas Day Mass. Christmas Mass Bouquet cards together with the usual selection of Mass cards are now available in the parish office at Cuil Mhuire. Christmas Communion Calls to the Sick & Housebound: Eucharistic Ministers will take Communion to the sick and housebound on Christmas Day from 9.30 am in Ardfert and after 10 am Mass in Kilmoyley. If you know of someone who would like Communion and who is not on the First Friday lists, please contact Fr. Tadhg or the parish office (7134131) Ardfert/Kilmoyley Parish Calendars for 2015 are available at the back of both Churches. Please take one home with you.

ANNUAL BLESSING OF THE CRIB & liighting of the Christmas Tree in the Village Green will take place this Sunday 21 December at 7 pm. All welcome to join in the Christmas fun. ARDFERT CHRISTMAS SHOW: Will take place this Sunday 21st December in the Ardfert Community Centre. Doors open at 7.30pm and show starts at 8pm. Show will include comedy sketches, singing, dancing and more from locals. Mulled wine and minced pies reception prior to the show. In aid of Ardfert & District Community First Responders. Adults €5, Children €3 and Family Tickets €15 – tickets sold at door on the night. Monster hamper raffle on night also. Raffle tickets available prior to the show from Ardfert Printing, The Abbey Tavern & “That’s Perfect” The Mall, Tralee. Blessing of the crib will take place prior to the show at 7pm in the Village Green. An event not to be missed.

ARDFERT/KILMOYLEY COMMUNITY GAMES: Training for Community Games 2015 continues this Friday 19th Dec with Boys U10 indoor soccer. Draughts, U13 boys and U10 girls’ indoor soccer & basketball will commence in January. Everyone is welcome to give events a go and see if they like them. We would also welcome any parents who would be willing to help out with events. Details are as follows: Indoor soccer: U10 boys continues this Friday 19th December. Venue & time to be confirmed. Check our Facebook page for updates or contact Trina on 086 4070253 for information. There is a charge of €2 per child. U13 boys and U10 girls will begin in January. Draughts: Ages-U10, U12 & U 14. ARDFERT LOCAL HISTORY LECTURE SERIES / SRAITH LÉACHTAÍ STAIRE ARD FHEARTA: The next of this season’s lectures at Ardfert Retreat Centre will go ahead on Jan. 21st 2015. , The lecture will commence at 8.00p.m. and last for around 90 minutes, with a break mid-way for tea and a chat. All attending are requested to give a donation at the door and all money received is given to the Retreat Centre to go towards its upkeep and maintenance. All welcome. Forthcoming lecture topics include the Ardfert Graveyards [Wednesday, 21 January], the Ardfert Railway [Wednesday, 18 February] and 18 th & 19th century Visitor accounts of Ardfert [Thursday, 18 March].
