MUNSTER INDOOR COMBINE INVENTS 2016 will take place on Saturday, 2 January 2016 for Juveniles Boys U11-U16 and on Sunday, 3 January 2016 for Girls U11-U16. This is a great opportunity to try 4-5 events in one day (shot putt and long jump restricted to 3 attempts only). ARDFERT RETREAT CENTRE: 1 Advent Reflection evenings Dec. 9th, 16th at 7pm. Time to reflect on the mystery of Jesus coming on earth. Conducted by Maire Stuart, Valentia Island. A Course on Faith: What is it? What are the different kinds? Where does it come from? Who has it? Why is it necessary to be fully human? Why can’t we ​ function without it? What does it do for us? How does it help us cope with suffering and death? How do we sustain it? ARDFERT FOOTBALL CLUB: JUVENILES: Ardfert Bord na nÓg concluded it’s year with the juvenile presentations last Thursday night in Kate Browne’s. A huge crowd gathered to hear Kerry star KillianYoung advise and encourage Ardfert’s young footballers. Presentations were made to Under 12, 14 and 16 teams. The Club wish to thank all the Bord na nÓg Club officers, mentors, sponsors, parents and players for all their hard work during the past year. A special word of thanks to Kate Browne’s staff for their wonderful hospitality, and to Kevin Lawlor for acting as Club photographer for the function.
