ST. BRENDAN'S ATHLETIC CLUB: The Kerry Athletics Awards night took place at the Dromhall Hotel in  Killarney on Saturday 4th March. It was a very well attended evening which saw all Clubs from the County receiving recognition of achievement awards from Juveniles, Seniors and Masters categories. St Brendan's AC had three athletes receiving awards. The Club awards went to Daisy Nowak and Aaron Malik, while the Kerry AAI award for Masters Track and Field went to Ursula Barrett. 
Great weekend for St.Brendan's AC athlete Ursula Barrett who came back from National Masters Indoor Championships in Athlone with 2 medals and 2 new PB's in long jump and 200m. Ursula was competing in 200m (O40) sprint where she finished in silver medal position and she confirmed her dominance in long jump with another personal best of 4.50m, winning gold medal.
